Oon & Bazul instructed by Catalist-listed Epicentre Holdings for a High Court matter in relation to statutory demands received from the company’s creditors and to address its going concern issues

Oon & Bazul has been instructed to accept service of an application and related documents on behalf of Catalist-listed Epicentre Holdings.

The application in question was filed by a creditor to put the company under judicial management.
