Especially known in the market for acting on cargo and charter party disputes, and it also regularly handles ship collisions, allisions, oil pollution and bunker disputes as well as ship arrests. Works in close conjunction with the firm’s associate office in Singapore.

Work highlights

Engaged by Tindall Riley (Britannia) to assist MISC with the release of the ‘Seri Amanah’ vessel, which had been detained by the Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency for an alleged violation of both the Merchant Shipping Ordinance and the Customs Act.
