Job Description

TS Oon & Partners, a leading multi-practice law firm in Malaysia is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate/Junior Partner to bolster our Corporate Practice.

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years’ PQE
• Malaysia, Singapore or United Kingdom qualified lawyer
• Experience in general Corporate, M&A and Investment work (knowledge of Capital Markets and Compliance is a bonus)
• Excellent command of English (knowledge of Mandarin is a bonus)
  • Specifically for Malaysian qualified lawyers: Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia
• Attention to detail, meticulous, and well organised
• Commercial awareness, sense of ownership, self-starter, with a passion for Corporate matters
• Good time management and analytical skills
• Good attitude, perseverance and commitment, keenness to learn more and to take up new challenges
• Works well in a team as well as independently
