Senior Associate (Banking & Finance)

Experience & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in corporate and banking & finance law
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and contracts with minimal supervision
• Extensive experience handling technical banking & finance projects and documentation, as well as grant of probate and estate administration matters
• Exposure to cross-border finance transactions is an advantage
• Familiarity with Singapore law is an advantage
• 4 to 5 years’ PQE, Malaysia qualified lawyer
