Lynnette is a Senior Associate at TS Oon & Partners.

Lynnette mainly assists in disputes involving the arrest and release of ships and cargo, bunker and cargo claims, marine insurance and charterparty disputes, detention of vessels by authorities, and various other aspects within this domain.

She also involves in transactional matters, particularly in the sale and purchase of vessels, sale and purchase of company shares, amalgamation of companies. On transactional disputes, she assists the team to act for commodities traders and banks in disputes involving letters of credit, bills of exchange and other financial instruments.

Other than shipping and maritime related matters, Lynnette also assisted in various commercial disputes and defamation suits.

Lynnette appeared regularly with the team as counsel in trials and appeals in the superior courts in Malaysia.

She also assists the team to advise regional and international underwriters on liability marine insurance.
