Phing Zhou is a Partner at TS Oon & Partners. He specialises in complex dispute resolution, with a focus on international arbitration, cross-border litigation, and contentious matters involving construction, infrastructure and commercial contracts.

With over a decade of experience across private practice and in-house roles, Phing Zhou offers a commercially attuned and strategic approach to dispute management.
