Singapore Phase 1 Reopening: Message from Oon & Bazul’s Management Office

As part of the Firm’s continuing efforts to combat the contagion and prevent another wave of infections, our lawyers and staff will continue to telecommute till further notice. Only skeletal members who have been registered will be permitted to enter the office, on an essential and urgent basis. All of our lawyers remain fully accessible via phone, email or video conference.

Safe Management practices in the office

Staff, vendors, clients and visitors who are permitted to enter the office are required to check-in and check-out via the SafeEntry visitor management system. This will help the Ministry of Health in establishing potential transmission chains.
It is also mandated that all will be required to wear a mask at all times.
Anyone who is unwell will be refused entry; temperature taking and checking of respiratory symptoms for all onsite personnel will also be done twice daily or where relevant.
All external parties will be required to fill up a health declaration form before they are allowed to enter the office.
